VoiceGuide AirLink
About us
VoiceGuide AirLink was born where real field experience meets digital development: a system designed to make real-time listening during tours, guided visits and live sessions simpler, lighter and more accessible.

VoiceGuide AirLink started from a shared idea between a frequent participant in guided tours and a professional tour guide. That intuition was then developed over time by the team at Virgilius Labs, a digital praetorium where ideas take shape and become real projects.
We carefully analysed the day-to-day work of tour guides and speakers, identifying issues that are often treated as normal: device distribution, sanitisation, logistics, returns and, in some cases, lost equipment.
All of these factors, when not handled properly, create operational complexity, extra costs and unnecessary friction in the overall experience.
With direct support from professionals in the field, we designed a license-based system built to adapt to different kinds of tours, with particular attention to small groups of up to 10 participants.
VoiceGuide AirLink and Virgilius Labs are constantly evolving. Listening to people who work in the field every day is a fundamental part of how this project grows.
