How does VoiceGuide AirLink work?

The guide starts the tour from the VoiceGuide AirLink app by entering a valid license. The system generates a PIN that is shared with the guests. Guests enter the PIN in the app and immediately start listening to the guide in real time.

Is the VoiceGuide AirLink app required?

Yes. Both the guide and the guests must use the VoiceGuide AirLink app installed on their smartphones to take part in the tour.

Is an internet connection required during the tour?

Yes. An active internet connection is required, even a minimal one. The system also works while roaming and does not require local networks or dedicated hardware.

How many participants can join at the same time?

With the appropriate licenses, VoiceGuide AirLink can host up to 100 participants simultaneously, with no distance limitations between the guide and the guests.
